The Stoic Conditioning App offers a comprehensive platform designed to enhance the performance of tactical athletes. Developed by Operators and strength and conditioning coaches, the app integrates training, mobility, and cognitive performance strategies to improve operational capacity.

Stoic subscriptions are priced at £39.99 per month (£29.99 per month for legacy users) and will be charged to your Apple account after the trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Apple account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.

With a subscription, users gain access to a range of benefits including full training cycles tailored for specific programs like UKSF selection, Potential Royal Marines Course, and Parachute Regiment Aptitude Course. Personalized mobility plans, customizable training calendars, assessment cycles, movement library with descriptive videos, and support from experienced strength coaches are also included.
